Petterns on a leaf or a bird's feather is the work of 4.5 billion years of evolution.
There has been a lot of trial and error on the way like the Dinosaurs and the T-rex families
Evolution has made mistakes and rectified them,and still moving towards perfection. Things are not perfect as yet.
When you see a certified idiot, just think that one sperm defeated million others to bring him in to this world.

yes jill, i took this pic in the grass lands of the upper reaches of western ghats in south india, all along the stream u find these tall, grrrreeen grass, wonderfull lumin in the morning.
